Tracy is currently a director and officer at the Business Environmental Coalition, helping businesses comply with California's SB 1383. She also provides expertise in OSHA compliance, ensuring businesses meet safety regulations and avoid costly penalties.
Tracy serves as President of the Bay Area Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association and is actively involved in various industry organizations, including the National Association of Women in Construction and the Associated General Contractors.
