I've stood in your shoes: facing tough choices, hunting for solutions, wondering who's got your back, and knowing you can't tell anyone. That's why I built the Business Environmental Coalition to help steer businesses like yours toward success. My motivation has always been helping businesses grow. I use a systematic approach to discover what doesn't work; then I find what's necessary to move forward.

While in the Navy, I studied Peter F. Drucker; in my 20s, at a broadcast electronics manufacturer, my mentor taught me process management. Every task, from getting mail to building circuit boards, needed a process chart; it was exacting work, but it proved one truth: map the process, master the outcome.

Those lessons shaped me. As a tech support manager, I took a disorganized pile of misplaced equipment and untracked billable hours and turned it into a streamlined, effective department in less than six months.

Eventually, I moved on to the video game industry. As a lead engineer, I have 12 published video game titles; this led me to develop a project management system so innovative, I was asked to present it at SEGA's DevCon '95.

In 1999, I shifted to technical consulting and online business development with my Webcentric Business Model: custom web-based tools to track processes, paired with brick-and-mortar systems to fill gaps. This work was enhanced by six years of advanced sales and sales management training; together, these tools have helped our clients grow more profitable. To date, we've helped over 300 businesses.
